TN CM Vijay releases subsidy for 224 Tamil films pending seven years

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay has released around ₹16 crore in subsidies for 224 Tamil films produced between 2015 and 2022. Producer T Siva of Amma Creations announced it on X, saying the grants had been pending for seven years and calling the move a Diwali gift. He also thanked minister Rajmohan Arumugam for his swift efforts.
