Dharmasthala 2012 case: SIT summons over 15 police officers

The special investigation team re-probing the 2012 Dharmasthala rape and murder case has summoned more than 15 police officers who handled the case at various stages, from Belthangady police to the CID and CBI. Issued notices under Section 160 CrPC, they must appear on Friday. The Supreme Court ordered the fresh probe on September 21 after the victim's mother petitioned it.
