Slovak tourist electrocuted in Bengaluru five-star hotel pool

A Slovak tourist, Juraj Horvat, 45, died after being electrocuted in the swimming pool of Bengaluru's Hotel Conrad, hours after checking in with his wife on October 30. Hotel staff who tried to rescue him were also hurt before the power was switched off. A German Lufthansa crew member, Alexander Maximilian Theiss, was also brought to the same hospital and declared dead.
