AI will change jobs, not erase them, HR leaders say at IIM Kashipur

At Samanvaya 2026, IIM Kashipur's HR conclave, corporate leaders argued that AI is more likely to change how jobs are done than remove the need for people. As routine work is automated, judgement and problem-solving matter more, they said, raising the bar for freshers, who now need real depth in their field, not just familiarity with AI tools.
