Fiat's street-legal Topolino mini EV goes on sale in US under $15,000

The 2027 Fiat Topolino, a street-legal low-speed electric vehicle, is now on sale in the US from under $15,000. Many dealers sold out of the first batch of 2026 models. The new model year adds an Open Air body style and colour options. At just over 8 feet long, the Topolino is even smaller than the Fiat 500e.
