Sumukhi Suresh recalls moving to Mumbai with just Rs 50,000

Comedian Sumukhi Suresh, enjoying the success of her Netflix special Hoemonal, said she moved to Mumbai with only Rs 50,000, believing it would last three to four months, though it can go in a week there. Raised in a conservative middle-class Nagpur family, she left a 10-year corporate career after it felt unfulfilling to pursue comedy.
