FASTag local pass for residents near toll plazas from Nov 1

From November 1, non-commercial vehicle owners living within 20 km of a National Highway toll plaza can buy a concessional annual FASTag local pass. It costs ₹1,500 at plazas outside municipal limits and ₹3,000 within them, versus ₹3,075 for the standard annual pass. The pass works only at the designated plaza and excludes closed-toll expressways.
