Court denies anticipatory bail to three in ₹3.92-crore Naagzilla fund case

A Mumbai sessions court has refused anticipatory bail to three production executives accused of misappropriating over ₹3.92 crore during the making of Naagzilla, the Kartik Aaryan film co-produced by Dharma Productions and Mahaveer Jain Films. The judge found prima facie material against them and said custodial interrogation was necessary. The FIR was filed by an accountant of Mahaveer Jain Films.
