US court dismisses copyright lawsuit against BTS and HYBE

A US federal court in Virginia has thrown out a copyright suit against BTS, Big Hit Music, HYBE and HYBE America. Melissa Mays had sued in August, alleging the group used her unreleased songs, but on October 22 Judge Leonie Brinkema dismissed her amended complaint after finding the original insufficient in September. A separate dispute over the song SWIM is still ongoing.
