India invites Pakistan minister to SCO Civilisational Dialogue in Delhi

India will host the first Civilisational Dialogue Forum of the 10-nation Shanghai Cooperation Organisation from November 20 to 22 at Delhi's 16th-century Purana Quila, and has invited a Pakistani minister, the first such invitation since 2023. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the event, which will bring together representatives from more than 25 countries.
