Bayern coach Kompany stable in hospital after collapse

Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany is stable in hospital but will be out for weeks after collapsing during training on Friday, the club says. Director of sport Max Eberl said Kompany is being treated for a virus. The former Manchester City captain is expected to miss an extended period.
