UK developer builds AI 'litter dashcam' that has logged 28,000 reports

Shrewsbury software developer Robin Bennett, frustrated by roadside rubbish, built an AI-powered app called Roadside Litter that works as a 'litter dashcam', recording rubbish spotted from a moving vehicle. It has logged more than 3,000 reports in Shropshire and over 28,000 across the UK. Bennett is sharing the data with campaign group Clean Up Britain.
