Bombay HC refuses Meta's bid to move Rs 1,000-crore suit to California

The Bombay High Court has rejected Meta's plea to shift a Rs 1,000-crore lawsuit by Mumbai ad agency Blink Digital to California. Justice Sandeep V Marne held that Indian courts can hear disputes under Indian law. Blink Digital sued after Meta disabled four of its business manager accounts in August, shutting about 9,000 advertising accounts and pages.
