Superfan now lives in the real house from horror classic Poltergeist

A lifelong fan of the 1982 horror film Poltergeist now owns the Simi Valley, California, home used as the Freeling family's house. Learning of the sale through a sister, the new owner beat multiple offers and found the house still filled with honey-coloured retro furniture from the original owners. Other fans can now stay in this slice of Hollywood history.
