Cruise ship hits two docked container vessels in German storm

German police are investigating the captain of a cruise ship that collided with two docked container vessels in strong winds, over a possible breach of duty of care. No one was hurt in the incident, but the damage forced the operator to cancel the ship's planned voyage to the Canary Islands.
