Rubio: India, Turkey offered ideas to move Black Sea grain ships

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, hosting the G20 foreign ministers' meeting in Atlanta, said India and Turkey have proposed ideas to move grain ships through the Black Sea amid strikes linked to the Russia-Ukraine war. He called the Strait of Hormuz more challenging, saying the US has received very limited cooperation in protecting shipping there.
