Putin calls Elon Musk 'truly a genius', says they are in close contact

Russian President Vladimir Putin said he and Elon Musk are in close contact about Rassvet, Russia's answer to Starlink. Speaking at the Russia-Africa Summit, Putin praised Musk as 'truly a genius', noting SpaceX already has over 5,000 satellites in orbit while Russia is taking its first steps. The remarks raise concerns over Ukraine's reliance on Starlink.
