RJD MP Sanjay Yadav urges ECI to ensure fair Bihar MLC poll count

A day before counting, RJD Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Yadav wrote to the Chief Election Commissioner seeking free, fair and transparent counting for eight Bihar Legislative Council seats, four Graduates' and four Teachers' constituencies. In a four-page letter, he asked that disputed ballots be decided before first-preference counting begins and that no official make extra marks on ballot papers.
