Imran Khan's 'leave India' notice on hold till November 2 hearing

Actor Imran Khan has won temporary relief against a notice directing him to leave India by October 28. The Bombay High Court deferred the hearing on his petition to November 2 after the Centre's counsel sought more time. Khan, a US citizen with an OCI card, has called the Foreigners Regional Registration Office notice arbitrary.
