Kremlin says Europe left out of next Ukraine talks in Abu Dhabi

European countries will not join the next round of Ukraine-US-Russia talks in Abu Dhabi, Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov said, though Finland's President Alexander Stubb suggested otherwise. Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the trilateral talks would run from November 6 to 10 in the UAE and urged European involvement. The Netherlands pledged an extra €500 million in winter military aid for Kyiv.
