B.R. Shetty seeks Bombay HC protection for $15 billion claim against Bank of Baroda

B.R. Shetty, founder of the failed UAE-based NMC Healthcare and UAE Exchange, has filed two interim applications in the Bombay High Court to protect his $15 billion damages claim against Bank of Baroda. He wants the bank to secure, earmark or disclose funds for the claim and preserve electronic records linked to its $600 million NMC settlement.
