GitHub sees India's government sector as key AI growth market

GitHub views India's public sector as a key market for AI adoption, with government agencies keen to deliver citizen services faster, said Sharryn Napier, its vice-president for Asia Pacific, India and Japan. Speaking at GitHub Universe in San Francisco, she called India the company's 'jewel in the crown' and said the Indian government is already a GitHub customer.
