UP Congress tells EC voters were made to fill Form-8 to fix errors

The Uttar Pradesh Congress has written to the Election Commission alleging that booth-level officers made voters with mismatches between their voter list entries and EPIC cards fill Form-8 during a special campaign in Pilibhit. The party argued the errors arose after the SIR final list was released in April, making correction the Commission's responsibility. It said some voters received no acknowledgment slips.
