India's industrial output growth slows to four-month low of 6.7%

India's Index of Industrial Production grew 6.7% in September, its slowest pace in four months and below the 7.3% economists had expected, NSO data showed. Manufacturing growth eased to 7.6% from 8.6% in August, while mining contraction deepened to 6.2%. Growth for April-September still stood at 6.8%, well above the 4.4% recorded in the same period last year.
