Justice Kaul's book says ex-CJI Chandrachud was too deferential to government

In his upcoming book 'Without Fear Or Favour', former Supreme Court judge Sanjay Kishan Kaul says ex-CJI DY Chandrachud was more deferential to the government than needed on judicial appointments. Kaul claims a case questioning delays in clearing collegium picks was taken away from his bench. Chandrachud responded that no collegium member ever dissented on any name during his tenure.
