AIKS calls off Mumbai farmers' march after talks with Fadnavis

The All India Kisan Sabha called off its vehicle march from Akole to Mumbai at Shahapur after a nearly two-hour meeting with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday. The government assured action on drought relief, farm loan waivers, land rights and workers' welfare. Deputy CMs Eknath Shinde and Sunetra Pawar attended, and a follow-up review meeting is set for November 4.
