Keralam Police swap PRO system for citizen help desks at all stations

Keralam Police have replaced the public relations officer system with Citizen Help Desks at every police station, serving as a single contact point for complaints, digital services and information. The desks will issue acknowledgements, offer dedicated help to women and priority support to senior citizens, and assist with online fraud and cybercrime complaints, including via the 1930 helpline.
