Used Chinese EVs offer Europe a tariff-free back door

Buyers in Europe and Canada are turning to used Chinese EVs priced up to 40% below their original MSRPs, which escape the EU's tariffs of up to 45.3% on new battery EVs and the new hybrid quota. Exporter China EV Marketplace says pre-owned sales to EU customers grew 280% year over year to 7,900 units through September.
