Tata Safari EV expected in January 2027 as brand's new flagship

Tata Motors' Safari EV is expected to launch in January 2027 as the company's new flagship electric SUV. Built on the Acti.ev+ platform shared with the Harrier EV, it may get 65 kWh and 75 kWh batteries, with reports of a larger 80 kWh pack for top trims. Both rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive versions are expected.
