Sandra Bullock once ran a 1,200-tree organic avocado ranch

Away from the screen, Sandra Bullock owned a 91-acre ranch in California's San Diego County for 15 years and turned its groves into an organic farm with about 1,200 avocado trees plus citrus. Property records show she bought it for $2.725 million in 2007 and sold it in November 2022 for $5.6 million, below the asking price.
