Texas grand jury indicts ICE officer accused of running over worker in Houston

A Texas grand jury has indicted US Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer Mario Alberto Morales, accused of deliberately running over a Mexican construction worker during an immigration operation in Houston this month. The officer allegedly struck the fleeing man with an SUV during the raid.
