Ethiopia's Abiy puts ministers through military training

Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has put cabinet ministers and senior officials through military training at the Hurso training centre, saying armed forces discipline builds stronger leaders. Participants included Finance Minister Fitsum Assefa and Health Minister Mekdes Daba. The unusual move comes as Ethiopia faces continued fighting in parts of the northern Tigray region.
