Hasselhoff's stolen KITT replica, recovered by Interpol, goes to auction

A KITT replica linked to actor David Hasselhoff, stolen in the 1990s and later recovered by Interpol, will be sold at Broad Arrow's Zurich auction on November 7, estimated at CHF 250,000-500,000. Built from a 1982 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am, it carries KITT's red scanner and LED-filled cabin, but keeps a 165-horsepower 5.0-litre V8 with a three-speed automatic.
