Tasmac liquor to cost ₹10 more from November 1, refundable on bottle return

Tamil Nadu's state liquor retailer Tasmac will raise the maximum retail price of all liquor by ₹10 from November 1 by adding an environment cess. Customers can get the ₹10 back in cash by returning empty bottles. The revision covers Indian Made Foreign Liquor, beer, wine, liquor from other states and imported brands, including at licensed bars.
