EPS, Dhinakaran demand rollback of Tamil Nadu dairy price hike

AIADMK chief Edappadi K. Palaniswami mocked the TVK government's increase in prices of two dozen dairy by-products as a 'Vettri Deepavali' gift, noting people buy more ghee and sweets during the festival. AMMK founder T.T.V. Dhinakaran said the hike would burden families already struggling with inflation. Both leaders urged the state government to reverse the decision.
