93-year-old woman with broken bones waits 10 hours for ambulance

Margaret Owen, 93, lay on the floor of her home in Wales for ten and a half hours with broken bones while waiting for an ambulance after a fall on October 4. Her son Graham Anthony, who stayed beside her throughout, said she kept asking for help and was sometimes screaming in pain.
