Global South faces '4F crisis' of finance, fuel, food and fertilisers: Jaishankar

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said on Sunday that Global South countries face a '4F crisis' of finance, fuel, food and fertilisers, and the Global North must do more to help, including derisking the world economy. Speaking at the Chinmaya Mission's 75th anniversary event, he said distant societies were paying for conflicts in Ukraine and West Asia, and terrorism as statecraft cannot be justified.
