Noel Tata challenges Chandrasekaran reappointment process, seeks records

Noel Tata has written to Tata Sons' company secretary alleging that a contested resolution giving N Chandrasekaran a five-year extension was treated as final while the minutes remained unsettled. He sought recordings of the September 17 board meeting within seven days, saying the reappointment was not on the original or revised agenda, and warned of adverse inferences otherwise.
