Fiat Topolino low-speed EV goes on sale in US under $15,000

The 2027 Fiat Topolino, a tiny street-legal low-speed EV, is now on sale at select US dealers from $14,985. Just over eight feet long, it can use roads with limits of 35 mph or less. A 5.4 kWh battery and 8 hp motor give up to 46 miles of range and a 25 mph top speed, with a new Open Air body style.
