BCG says tech services firms already have the staff for AI work

AI-led services could add $100-200 billion of net new work by 2030, and tech services firms can staff much of it from existing employees, a Boston Consulting Group report says. BCG identified 40 Applied AI roles, each linked to a current tech role. Hiring for the new titles can cost up to roughly 35% more than comparable traditional roles.
