Tiger Shroff sells Khar West apartment for Rs 9 crore

Tiger Shroff has sold his ninth-floor apartment in Mumbai's Khar West for Rs 9 crore, property documents show. The deal was registered on October 22, four days after he narrowly escaped a firing incident in Juhu. He had bought the 1,291 sq ft flat from Keystone Realtors for Rs 7.61 crore in 2018. The sale attracted a stamp duty of Rs 54 lakh.
