English rugby's Prem to expand with English clubs, not Welsh

Prem Rugby and the Rugby Football Union say they plan to add two English clubs to the top flight by 2029, rather than bringing in teams from Wales. The joint statement comes despite Welsh rugby's interest in forming an Anglo-Welsh league in 2029, effectively ruling out cross-border expansion for now.
