Producer Anand Pandit, 63, cycles 333 km across the Netherlands

Film producer Anand Pandit, 63, completed a 333 km cycling trip across the Netherlands in seven days, passing Venlo, Eindhoven, Breda, Rotterdam, Den Haag and Haarlem. He called the annual retreat a break from work and technology. Fitness expert Garima Goyal says with preparation, steady training and recovery, endurance activities can continue well into later life.
