Tesla on Full Self-Driving fatally hits pedestrian on California highway

A 71-year-old man was killed after being hit by a Tesla running in Full Self-Driving mode while crossing I-80 in Vallejo, California, around 2:30am. California Highway Patrol said dashcam footage showed the car braking and steering left to avoid him before its right front struck him. At least one other vehicle also hit the man and did not stop.
