NEET PG 2026: Seat-upgrade seekers need not pay first-year fee upfront

NBEMS has revised fee rules for NEET PG 2026 candidates allotted seats at its accredited hospitals, as college reporting began on October 26. Candidates opting to upgrade in later counselling rounds no longer need to pay the first-year course fee while waiting. Only those who 'freeze' their allotted seat must pay the fee, directly to the hospital rather than to NBEMS.
