Nvidia to invest $3 billion in Meta as AI partnership deepens

Nvidia and Meta will deepen their partnership on the Muse AI assistant and related models, with Nvidia investing $3 billion in Meta's equity offering, which Meta raised to a record $97.5 billion. Muse, central to Mark Zuckerberg's personal superintelligence plan, runs on Nvidia infrastructure. The firms may also collaborate on Nvidia's OpenShell framework and a tool called Sentry to monitor AI agents.
