Director Abhinay Deo recalls his last talk with Irrfan

Director Abhinay Deo, who worked with Irrfan on the 2018 dark comedy Blackmail, says he had planned to make Blackmail 2 with the late actor. He remembered Irrfan as extremely spontaneous, describing how the actor studied characters closely yet never seemed rehearsed. Deo also recalled Irrfan running nearly 200 metres for a scene while unwell.
