Alpine keeps door open to petrol A110, but EV comes first

Alpine says its new performance platform could accommodate other powertrains, leaving the door open to a combustion-engined A110, though the brand remains fully committed to launching the next A110 as an electric car. The electric sports car will use a split battery layout, and Alpine is targeting a weight of under 1,500kg.
