Everton drop Jack Grealish for 'breach of club discipline'

Jack Grealish was left out of Everton's Carabao Cup tie against Newcastle United due to a breach of club discipline. Everton gave no further details, though it is believed he missed a training session. The 31-year-old England winger, who has featured six times this season, is on loan from Manchester City after spending much of last season at Everton.
