Naseeruddin Shah calls himself 'proud Dimagi Naxal' over Jamia protests

Actor Naseeruddin Shah, in a Facebook video, called himself a 'proud Dimagi Naxal' while criticising the government's handling of student protests at Jamia Millia Islamia. Students are demanding restoration of the elected union dissolved in 2006; protests entered day 17 on Wednesday. Education Minister Pralhad Joshi condemned campus violence, while Kiren Rijiju and Puneet Issar reacted to Shah's remarks.
